Counselling sessions; taking the next step.

Making contact

I am very happy to answer any questions you may have about me or the counselling process before you decide whether you would like to work with me. I believe that it is important for you to find the right counsellor; someone who feels like a 'good fit' for you. I offer a no charge, no obligation introductory  meeting of up to half an hour; for you to see what it feels like to work with me before making your choice.

Please feel free to contact me by phone/ text or email. Please note that I always have my phone on silent when I am working with clients, but if you leave a voice or text message I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Arranging an appointment

If you decide that you would like to make a counselling appointment, we can agree a time and date at the location which suits you best, where I can offer therapy in a comfortable, calm and confidential setting.

Location

I am currently offering face to face sessions from my room at Seale Hayne Campus. This is a first floor south facing, airy and spacious room. There are toilet facilities close by and a cafe with large lawned area and seating in the Quadrangle, Free parking is available close by. I am also able to offer sessions via zoom or over the phone.  Please click on button below or see the Contacts page for more information and directions.

Fees

Counselling sessions are one hour long and are charged at £50 per session, payable at the time of the session by cash or bank transfer.

How many sessions will I need?

Counselling can be short or long term. The amount of sessions you may want will depend on what issues you would like to address. We will review this regularly. You can end your sessions at any time.
